Kidnapping on Harrison Street

September 22, 2007

According to the court records: “The victim said that Davis provided her with hallucinogen drugs and forced her to have sex with unknown male subjects. The victim said that she left Davis’s residence and stayed in a Hayward Area hotel with an associate of Davis’s who she believed was her friend.”

The girl said that during the morning of August 12, Davis and two accomplices located her in Hayward. The girl said she was beaten and forced to leave the hotel. She said that while she was being driven back to Davis’ apartment, he forced her to call her mother. Davis spoke to her mother and demanded that she bring him a computer, a digital music player and money in exchange for the return of the girl.

Oakland police later arrested Davis, along with Scotty Lee Washington Jr., 19, and Robert Gibson, 20.
